This program will give us the opportunity to address specific concerns about your Health and Lifestyle. Together we will create a holistic plan that will empower you to achieve your goals. I will support you through your health journey as you learn ways to make better food choices and lifestyle changes to honor, respect, and love your body. 

One- on- One Coaching begins with a Free “Chat with me” session where we will review your present and past health and lifestyle, define your goals, and learn how I’ll support you to find a mindful way to life.

One on One Program: Kitchen Clean Out

This Program Includes a Home Visit to Review Your Pantry, Refrigerator, and Freezer. It can be virtual or in person. 

With this Program you will:

  • Learn how to clean out and  organize your pantry, refrigerator, and freezer for optimal health
  • Learn how to read labels and ingredients
  • Learn how to cook quick and easy using whole foods
  • Be ready to choose the cleanest products in the market
  • Become a master in healthy meal planning
  • Have delicious treats low in sugar
